Instruction and Document Downloads

Documents in PDF format - You will need a PDF reader to view the PDF files. If you do not have a PDF reader, click on the "Get Acrobat Reader" button at the bottom of the left hand menu to download a copy. You can view the document and save a copy to hard drive.

Selft extracting zip files. Once you click on the download file run the .exe from DOS or Windows Explorer to unzip the file.  This creates a .doc file with the same name as the .exe file.  The .doc file can now be opened in Word.  Files are in MS Word 97 or 2000 format.
